"You cannot go wrong with Harry Marsh Law for your real estate needs. I found his office recommended numerous times on social media and decided to reach out. We have investment properties, a primary home that we had listed and purchasing a new home. Mr. Marsh worked with us every step, with ease and a sense of urgency that you need with real estate. His team is amazing - responsive, and knowledgeable. Cannot say enough."
"One of the most responsive offices I've ever worked with, payments and forms are convenient to use and the staff is friendly. I will definitely be using them for all of my future closings!"
"Selling your home? Buying a new one? Do NOT use Harry Marsh Law. Awhile back my parents bought a house in this area and their experience with Harry Marsh Law offices was AWFUL! Multiple issues were never addressed by the attorney and/or staff. Phone calls were never returned. The real estate agent had to contact Harry Marsh’s office herself multiple times to get any answers. My parents were driving in from out of state the day before closing when their agent called to tell them the attorney did not show receipt of their wire. WHAT??!!! They were totally freaking out! Harry Marsh showed no deposit of THOUSANDS of dollars? Seriously?? When my parents walked in the door of the law office, AGAIN they were asked if they wired the funds to purchase the house. REALLY?! Was this not addressed the day before? At the closing table - in front of the sellers - my parents again were asked, “Has the money been wired?” I cannot believe an attorney’s office would be this pitiful with their accounting. How would you not know you received that much cash?? The internal miscommunication regarding the wire was horrible but it was NOT the only issue. This experience has helped me decide who I will NOT be using when I sell my house and buy another one. Not sure how anyone can give more than one star. UPDATE: Since you noticed I only have one review under my profile, you might realize that I am not one to voice my opinions unless I feel it is necessary. In this case, I most definitely have an opinion that needs to be heard. You failed to read my review thoroughly. You completely missed the fact that my parents were DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD when their real estate agent called to tell them your office had NOT received their wire (thousands of dollars) the day before the closing. The fact that they were asked OVER and OVER again shows incompetence in your office. As an accountant, I would never proceed with a transaction without confirmation of the receipt of funds. A paralegal that has to ask a client if the money has been wired does not deserve a raise. They need to learn how to do their job. It's rather unprofessional of you to think I am from a competing law firm. Maybe if you took the time to assist your clients the way a law firm should, you wouldn't be so paranoid and you would have gotten a better review. FYI, I was a little slow to get this review out. My parents' closing was in late 2019. You may not know this, but word of mouth is more powerful than a Google review. Just keep that in mind."
"I would like to acknowledge the efforts of this team, specifically Sara Thomas and Zach Thomas, in helping us successfully complete our project. They played a vital role in getting the job done, and their contributions were much appreciated! While there were some challenges along the way, their commitment to the project's completion was evident as they put in the extra effort to help us overcome these challenges. We are very thankful for their assistance in bringing this to a close and we recommend them to any clients that are looking for a great closing attorney! We look forward to completing more projects with this team!"
"Harry Marsh is the worst attorney I have ever meet. He can not be trusted. I highly recommend to never ever do anything with this lawyer."
