I had a very unsatisfactory experience with such front desk people, who have no sense of courtesy or greetings and were very rude and hot tempered."

"Their service is very bad. Every time I went, they charged for something they didn't do. They charge for Labor extended warranty and materials, when I found their faulty workmanship and went back to fix the issues they charged for the labor and the material. I also bought 4 tires and had a warranty and it was clearly written under limited warranty for a passenger car, "defects in material and workmanship: should the tire prove to be defective in material or workmanship, we will at our option and subject to prorate adjustment, either replace tire or give you a refund. My tires got bumped. I only drove 7000 miles on these tires and the warranty was for 50000 miles. When I took the tire to them they ignored me and finally when they told me to call the manufacturer. Very disappointed. I would never go to pep boys again. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there either."
