"I was contacted by the towing company the same day I called the 800 number. The pickup was for the next day between 8-10. I received a call at 8:30 to confirm the truck was on it's way. Arrival was about 9:30. The tow driver, Harold, professional and courteous. All business transacted and completed before 10am."

"The whole process was easy. I called the previous day to schedule a pick up. They called later in the day to confirm the time frame to pick up my car. The next morning the tow truck driver called me to let me know he was there. He came earlier than I expected. They had the cash and everything like discussed over the phone.
