"Poor customer service. There is an art to speaking to customers. With proper training managers and associates approach customers a certain way. I should know as I have been working in retail for 2 years now. Anyways I went back to exchange pajamas that I bought a few days ago that didn’t fit. I didn’t realized that I could not exchange pajamas. When I went back for the exchange if I was simply told about this policy I would have left. Instead of talking politely the person at the register had an aggressive tone from the start even before I could speak. She said she explained this to me when I made the purchase when I can clearly remember it wasn’t her as the girl who helped me before was much younger and nicer. Anyways she went on to explain they don’t manufacture the clothes etc. I wasn’t allowed to speak and she was giving me a lecture for no reason. On top of it she said she will make an exception and will exchange my product. However; the attitude was like she was doing me a huge favor (me the paying customer). The way she was taking off the sensors and tags with aggression and her angry expression. Anyways I recently became a loyal customer of Rainbow, but now I know not to come here again!"

"This mall needs a directory... I ran around for a whole hour looking for a store that don't exist y'all need to fix this because you'll lose customers we cannot find the stores that we're looking for fix the directory"

"My last review was removed so I am making this one. Last year my experience at the queens center store, there is a older pathetic Spanish manager, blonde with glasses who went back and forth with me over giving me a larger plastic bag, even after I made a purchase here. She squeezed the large item I purchased into the smallest bag possible in an attempt to not give me a large bag. I tell you the idiocy She refused to give me a large shopping bag out of spite after she seen my other shopping bag rip in half. Lady is making low pay and wants to fight over a plastic bag, is it so serious lady? When I asked for her name so I can make a complaint about her she refused and even told her workers not to tell me her name. She even called security on me over a plastic bag! I think I’m entitled to a shopping bag after I make a purchase lol This lady is pathetic and immature. If she is still there and working she needs to be fired! And work maybe as a janitor because that’s what she looks like and won’t have to deal with customers with her nastyness"

"THERE ARE NOT FITTING ROOM!!! There aren’t any space to walk and see the clothes!!! I asked why there is not a fitting room and they just said: “Those are company policies and all the rainbow are like that”. You can't even try on jackets or coats over your clothes. The employees tell you not to do it! A store that doesn't have a fitting room shouldn't be in the mall."
