The management of this dealership is operating at a sub standard ratio compare to other surrounding authorize ford dealers, for example if you purchase parts from this dealership, there's ( N-O R-E-F-U-N-D ) on any item ,the parts departments donot answer the phones due to imited workers, so if you are looking for parts dont waste your time calling, this dealership donot diver parts to the mechanic shops , so you are at the mercy of going there to purchase parts. My recommendation: go to queens ford or crown ford they offer a better return policy and prices."
