"Friendly gourmet pizza indeed! I went in with my mum and friend and we were assured by the friendly man behind the counter that the pizza was indeed friendly. As Brits, we are used to a softer, less crispy crust on the underside of our pizza, and were amazed and positively overwhelmed at the delicate, crisp, warm pizza base that 'Friendly Gourmet Pizza' so willingly offers to all its customers and we had the pleasure and honour of experiencing. Friendly pizza, gourmet service!"

"Ordered a Ham & egg on a roll. $5.50 for one tiny, thin slice of ham & one tiny overcooked egg, on a very dry roll. Terrible. What happened to you guys, gotten so cheap with portions. This place is smaller than my bathroom and yet they have the nerve to charge that price for that amount of food. Do yourself a favor and walk two blocks down to The Stage Door Deli. Best ham & egg in the Wall Street area. Three slices of ham and the fluffiest scrambled egg you could imagine on a quality roll, all for the same price. I will never return to this place and I will tell all of my co-workers to never return as well."

"This is a review for their breakfast not the pizza. Today was my first time giving this place a try. Ordered egg and bacon on a bagel! It was very good. The egg and bacon were cooked well and the bagel was nice and fresh. The staff was very friendly and the order was prepared quickly and bagged nicely. Many places in the area now charge for bags so it was nice to have it packaged up for the walk to work. Would def come here again. Wanted to update the review. Still been coming here. The food is consistently well made and the staff is so friendly and kind. My new go to!"

"I used to go there everyday for the same order. Until the manager chose to be dismissive one morning. Usually the staff have been very friendly and all about customer service, however the manager isn't. He changes prices unexpectedly for 1 and 2 he does not practice good customer service. As i stated I came in one morning and i was greeted by all the employees except for him, he didnt give me eye contact as if i was not there. As a customer that came everyday ,I did not feel value nor appreciated. I will not be spending my hard earn money with them ever again. Its unfortunate because the employees were nice but the manager is money hungry and rude."
