"Ordered via Doordash today, 12/08/23. They did not give the delivery person my drink. Stated that my sandwich & hash browns were the only thing they gave him. It’s clear as day on the receipt I ordered a drink. They didn’t even put my order in a separate bag as to not confuse other customers like other Dunkin Donuts do for Doordash orders. Also the munchkins I ordered were old. Absolutely never ordering from here again"

"They messed up an order placed at the drive thru, then went inside to show the order was unacceptable..man at the register who is white said it was the Mexicans in the back that don’t know anything. Also said French curler donuts were discontinued when in fact they are not…. Horrible all around."

"On November 30, 2023, my mother and I ordered separately coffee and breakfast sandwiches (egg and cheese croissant). The coffee was made after the breakfast sandwiches. We had to wait 10 minutes to receive our coffee. Usually, at many Dunkin' Donuts, they prioritize making the coffee immediately, and they make it before the breakfast sandwiches. Also, my mom ordered a “half of dozen donuts”, and her cashier did not understand “half of dozen donuts”. The cashier seemed flustered. The jelly donut was old. The egg and cheese croissant sandwich and coffee were good."

"No one should ever walk into an establishment to be met by music with someone saying "N$&&@" repeatedly in a song with the volume at its highest level. Is this Club Dunkin Donuts? Disrespectful. Staff, especially the dreadful black boy, Disrespectful!! He skipped over me to serve the customer standing behind me ASSUMING yet not ASKING if I had been served. In my comments, I was not speaking directly to him but he chose to take the torch after saying "I'm not gonna say nothing" w/o realizing that's saying something. We asked for a manager or their information and was told they don't have one. Where did these people come from, Jancrowville??? NO ONE should patronize this establishment with these type of people working there. No respect, no greeting, just attitude!!"
