"You’re better off making the trip to a different dunkin. The cashier told my friend and I to “hurry up” as soon as he finished helping the customer in front of us. There were a total of three customers in the store (two of three customers was my friend and I). The store was not busy at all. There are probably better dunkin’s in the area, if you’re a local. We’re from out of state, so we sadly did not know better."

"Don't know where to start so let's try ... the place seriously needs a make-over, seriously. Also, way too much in the drinks, like to the very top, 2 sips and your $5 Drink is gone. The absolute SMALLEST portion of Snakin Beacon."

"I usually don't leave reviews. But I understand stand the staff can have a bad day or too many orders. Just moved to Roslyn Awful service the staff are so rude. I have been there many times and it's the same story I am done. I came in to get something for my daughter and a regular coffee. The lady looked at me and didn't say anything. I said "good morning can I have a medium coffee" she pretend she didn't hear me and kept doing her orders. I asked her please I have to take someone takes my order she looked at me and said I am busy. When the store was empty??!!! If you guys are understaffed maybe you guys need more employees."

"Horrible customer service, and gave me a dirty cup with a lid, all I asked for was warm milk for baby’s bottle, and a donut, the lady in a rude tone says anything else?! And I said no that’s it, the guy gives me burning hot milk, to the point where it was hard for me to hold the bottle, I asked for cold milk and an empty cup and he gives me a dirty lid, and in his language (which I speak as well) he said I’m holding up his customers, plus he gave the customer who was after me, their order first, even though all he had to do was heat up milk for me, I’ve been to every dunkin no one has ever given me an issue on this, everyone was always understanding except this location! So rude for no reason!"
