"Worse experience ever! I called to complain that the tuna on my sandwich was not up to par (I have gotten this sandwich on several occasions). On the first call the team member hung up on me while I was explaining to her my situation. I had to call several times and they answered when I used my sister’s phone to call. I spoke to the manager Omar, who was not helpful and mad me even more upset. He told me that he just got in when I told him about my order. He then stated to me that the tuna is portioned out so there’s no way that I did receive the right amount of tuna. I tried to tell him- “how would you know if the team member actually provided the correct portion? Didn’t you just walk in - that’s what he stated to me as soon as I started to tell him about my order. He then tried to tell me that it’s possible that I got more arugula than usual. I then stated to him that I am not talking about the arugula. I have a complaint on the tuna- barely any tuna. Mind you I ordered the same tuna sandwich yesterday and had no problem with it. I also tried to explain that to Omar. I am so angry about this experience and lack of management skills!!"
