"Customer service was 1/10. I’m vegan and the waiter put jerk chicken as gravy in my food. When I went to return 1 minute after I left the restaurant I politely I ask the waiter if I can get another order she expressed to me that I have to pay for another order because I left the restaurant. I kindly walked away and told her thank you. I’ll won’t be returning her again"

"Nope! I've ordered the chicken soup from here many times, and this is the lowest of the low and most certainly my last order. (See pics below) Got a $10 large soup: -Broth was not seasoned, thin, and oily -Chicken was not seasoned, and I only got 3 knee pieces of chicken -2 baby dumplings -3 half carrots and 1 edge piece of potato I'm actually offended that a JAMAICAN restaurant served this soup. I'm almost certain there must be a new cook in the kitchen because it was bad! My son gave the soup back to me and said it wasn't good and he's eaten there soup before."

"(Order placed on Monday 10-22-2022 through UberEats) The chicken was not cooked at all. There were multiple strands of hair in the Rasta Pasta. The 2 Liter bottle that was in a sealed, stapled bag was already opened and used."
