"The lady cashier that works at McDonald’s on gramaton Avenue in Mount Vernon she is a helpful and caring person very helpful with her customers she deserves a raise and a star for a good work she does she works Monday-Friday starts at opening every morning she the pretty medium weight such an awesome person"

"I only go here because of the distance from my house. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese McGriddle only to get it with with oily/ wet packaging and feeling completely sick afterwards. Threw out both sandwiches , I needed pepto bismol to get through my day afterwards."

"Update!!!! I highly suggest no one use this location, as I have recently been a victim of fraud by this location. Today someone on the McDonald’s staff used my debit card information as I have the physical card to make two transactions, this leads me to believe that they have a card reader on the card reader or staff is manipulating the system to retrieve card information to make purchases. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the McDonald’s franchise once the transaction have completed on my card I will follow through with the police. Everytime no matter what there is a wait in here, this place is designed to piss ppl off and they do nothing about the freeloaders begging. In fact both of the McDonald in mt Vernon take forever to get service and both have rats. I’m also not gonna lie and say the food is good or bad it’s just basic. The wait be so long by the time you get it you basically don’t want it no more and forget about going here during the school year these kids have no damn manors. The court house and police station up the block and they got handsome black men working there ! However the staff in the McDonald’s is cute they stay with the fly gear on and the ladies nails be nice"

"I can't say much about McDonald's food unless it was served cold. It's always the same to me. This store was clean, order taking and food delivery was without issue. A big improvement in service both in front and behind the counter."
