"The food is pretty good. I've only eaten the chicken soup. But hubby enjoyed their curry goat. I didn't give 5 stars bc customer service needs improvement. The young lady taking orders have an unbecoming attitude."
"Visited and order a medium BBQ chicken and shrimp fried rice. She charged me 16.00 for the plate. I thought it was over-priced. I only got 3 small pieces of chicken and a handful of rice. I specifically asked for salad in my dish. I got very little. I called to complain and no one answered the phone. I will NEVER patronize in this place again. The food was not all that good. The customer service sucks."
"If you are trying to eat on a Sunday afternoon and want go get food DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION i repeat. ( i waited 40 mins for food) The female workers in there on a Sunday are very unprofessional and very unintelligent. I called to place the order for pick up over the phone to avoid the long wait the female that answered the phone reported “we do not take orders over the phone” mean time other customers came in the restaurant and picked up theirs and started “order over the phone and come pick the food up” Customer services needs to greatly improve. The workers need MORE training. FOOD IS GREAT! Would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the service I continue to receive."
"I am have been familiar with Richie Rich food from his other restaurant on Boston Rd. The food is consistently good but in both establishments the service is fair/poor. One evening a friend and I went to dine in, the restaurant was empty besides one other person. We sat down at the bar and and waited to be acknowledged a woman came in after us minutes later, we watched as a server took her order and poor her two drinks and no one yet said even hello, good evening or even a head nod to us. A young man can from the kitchen and handed us menus and went back in. So I said excuse We have been sitting here and no one has said anything to us and this woman that came after us is already being served. Needless to say you can get good food there but don't have high expectations on getting good service along with it."
"The customer service in the mornings and lunch time is very lack luster. The young boy serving behind the counter can be nonchalant, no greeting and flirts with every woman that comes in. Their fried chicken is really good along with the mash potatoes and their porridge. Jamaican restaurants should stop charging people for their mac and cheese because there is NO effort put into the taste. Very dry and bland. Serve it as a free side. Forget trying to order in the evenings, very long lines and wait."
