"I had a below average quality iced matcha latte here. It wasn’t sweet enough despite ordering it with 2 sugars in it. It literally tasted like plants even though I normally love matcha. For such a fancy store and café, I expect a better, at least average quality beverage."
"I love this little gem hidden away on 2 at Saks. The food is great, the cold brew is rich and bold and the girls behind the counter are super nice and friendly. Be patient during rush hour and lunch because the place gets packed . Hopefully they expand a little. Best little spot to grab lunch and/or coffee off 5th Avenue in the iconic flagship store, Saks."
"Everything was actually great but the over-use of disposables and singe-use plastics is appalling. The cognitive dissonance of sitting amongst all the luxury goods at a place that apparently can’t afford to wash silverware or mugs or plates is jarring. It’s perplexing that Saks would choose to be so cheap and irresponsible."
