"horrible customer service. I was in there earlier today and purchased two pairs of tights. I came home to brooklyn to realize that only one pair was in the bag. I called them to let them know that they forgot to place both pairs in the bag and they told me the only way for them to help me was to come back in to the store (an hour away) to bring in the receipt to get the tights. I asked if I could email my receipt but they would not let me. My only option is to go into a store that's no where near me and would cost more to get to than the tights. I then called customer service and they told me they cannot help me either and that I need to go in store to have the situation handled. This would NEVER happen with another large competitive store. You've lost a customer who's spent thousands over $12. Good job LOFT."
