"I never write reviews on places unless I feel the need to. In this case, I have to. Felt a very unwelcoming presence by ALL of the staff upon entering the store. Went in to look for an item to purchase for my niece and had a staff member following me like I wanted to steal an item. One of the staff members made a very rude comment too. Maybe it’s because I’m young looking but I’m 25 years old. Really happy the staff showed their true colors and demeanor because I’m not supporting this store and I’ll be looking forward to this toy store closing down. Get your stuff on Amazon people! Anything you buy on Amazon will be cheaper and will have a much LARGER selection"

"If i could I would put zero stars for this store. My siblings (20f, 18f, 16m) and I (22f) went to this store in hopes to find somethings to purchase for some summer fun. We walked in and immediately the employees there started to stare and follow us around. We were just strolling through the store, when this older woman with glasses kept following us around to the point where she was ON TOP of my younger sibling. I found a mad lib for us to do but continued on. My siblings ended up in the back playing with some childrens books. The same woman followed and said to one of my siblings “i dont think you guys are into the baby books” when my sibling replied that she was, the woman proceeded to say “i feel sorry for you” in a rude manner. We took offense and immediately left because we felt so uncomfortable. If this is how you treat customers.. we feel sorry for you. We will never return to this store."

"My favorite toy store! I provide the child's age, gender, interest to the any one of the friendly staff. I purchase 1 (or 2) of the recommendations. Major bonus, they'll gift wrap. I spend 15-20 minutes in the store & the gift has been always a spot on. It's as if they know the kid. Reasonable prices. I find it difficult to shop other stores for toys based on my experiences at MJ Beanz."
