Went back twice because the first time they shortened the same arm twice instead of both arms I requested no break in the pants and still had a break after the second time. Finally I got so frustrated that I said screw it and just wore the suit as it was. Lots of aggravation when buying a $700 suit. I won’t be back for another suit to any men’s warehouse"

"About a year + ago....Nasty manager who was not helpful when their staff or system accidentally shipped an item purchased to the wrong address, a previous address which for some reason they still have on file. When we purchased, we confirmed our current shipping address. The Manager openly dismissed us and walked away. Lacked respect and courtesy, probably because his branch was going to lose the money earned from our purchase for shipping to the wrong address. Manager basically told us to tell the person it was shipped to, to mail it to us..? Does anyone even understand that request? We were lucky our # was on the package and they called us to let us know. We had to call corporate office while in store to resolve the issue. Manager refused to speak with corporate on phone when they called the store. Corporate office was very apologetic and issued us a refund. Disappointing service from this Men's Warehouse in Plainview. Will never come here again."

"Stephanie!! That's the name of the employee that saved the day for us. My wedding was 9.30.22 and we went to pick up the groomsman suits at the Melville location on 9/29 and everything was wrong. Wrong sizes, scuffed up shoes, everything. So frantically we looked for another location to see if they could help us, came to this location and Stephanie stepped in and remeasured the groomsman and come to fine out he was measured incorrectly and she got him right. Ordered him a new suit and we picked it up the morning of the wedding, just in time. She has no idea the difference she made for us but if you go there; ask for her. She knows her stuff!! Thank you again!"

"Extremely happy with the purchase we made at this store.The customer service is excellent and the sales representative,a lady at the store promptly greeted us and went straight on to help my husband get a perfect suit.She guided us all the way,took measurements and even gave her expert opinion on fittings and styles.Very cheerful,happy to help and made it so much easier for us to choose a right suiting set and some casual shirts for family.The discounts are not as great as advertised being limited to a certain fit and very few brands.They offer alterations for suits at a minimal price.Highly recommend this store for Men's formal needs."
