I told them i got the email to pick up but they said part is unavailable. The staff is super-duper rude and very unprofessional. I waste my time, my toll fees from queens to back-n-forth. They were super lazy to answer and have no interest to work. I would advice them if you lazy people don't like to work then don't work there give that oppertunity to new capable people who is intrested in helping customers and build good relation of toyota company with consumers. I am not talking about the mechanics here, I am talking about the personals who sit in chair behind the computers, playing with phone all day long while you are at work. It is a simple thing, you are there for work then do your work with honest way. stop to trouble consumers who paid because you get your salary from part of their payment."
