Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"The employees here are useless. Their answer to everything is either “go to another location” or (usually) “use the app.” Are you so useless at your job that you aren’t capable of simply setting up an appointment yourself? What are these people paid to do? Tell people over and over to “use the app” and just repeat excuses to not do any work? Edit: Service has improved since Covid, but having to correct your store hours on Google myself because you guys can’t do it is pretty lousy. It’s not that difficult. Waste of a trip in rush hour traffic."

"Terrifying! The staff is so unprofessional that the UPS guy thought it was okay to make a joke about stealing my money. The teller at the business desk was grinning broadly while talking to him so I guess she thought laughing at my fear of being robbed at the bank was acceptable at her workplace."

"I wrote a check for a large amount out of my business account and was not aware that the person cashing it could only cash up to 3900 if they did not have an account there. It was frustrating enough trying to assist in getting the full amount to the person the check was for but on top of that the customer service was very cold, not friendly and rude. I am not aware of every rule at Bank of America but some kindness and helpful attitude can go a long way when establishing rapport with your client at the bank, specifically making a difference in a client banking there or choosing to leave. On top of that, the lady helping me was the manager. It's very disheartening that the manager has such a poor attitude and over all rude demeanor to a client. There was another staff there, whom I think could tell I was bothered that the manager was rude and she came and had some friendly small talk with me. It was appreciated and a good reminder that some people are kind. As for the manager, shame on you for not setting a good example Bank of America culture, management skills and quality customer service. I hoping moving forward that the customer service is better."
