"This is a terrible situation for days we have been boiling water can’t get any update or information from Carolina water because their phone rings twice than cuts off. City of sugar mountain no help knows nothing so when is this alert over what about renters how r they suppose to know to boil water They don’t get a water bill so no alert to them. hopefully this alert is not life threatening maybe it is that’s the point no one knows !! I’m sure if I didn’t pay my eater bill I would for sure hear right away. Why send out a boil your water alert if there is no follow up info. ie When is it projected to be over how dangerous is it etc etc. probably won’t get any help from this either"
