"Brought the car here to be serviced. Came in earlier than my appointment time and good thing that I did - there were a lot of people at 10am. They do a general intake then they assign someone to you - I got assigned to Jay who was very nice, but everyone there was nice. The ladies behind the counter are very efficient and I received calls and emails confirming the appointment prior. The wait of course is endless, these places are always a time suck so come in prepared to wait. What we ended up paying was very reasonable for what they did. They addressed all the issues we had of immediate concern and also made a follow up call a few days later to ask if we were happy with service. Overall a good experience for what it is."
