"HORRIBLE donuts …overcooked inedible!! They had always had great donuts. I was told they hired a new baker. Disaster !! I thought maybe it was just that day. 4 days in a week. Never again."
"You always get a great breakfast at Dunkin! And the card is great!"
"I love this Dunkin location. The employees in the evening are super nice and friendly. My coffee always comes out to perfection and the donuts are always fresh, even at the end of the night. I love being greeted with a smile from these employees and told to have a great night. Excellent customer service makes a difference when choosing your preferred Dunkin location and this is my go to. I only ever had one bad experience where my drink was made incorrectly and I hate asking them to fix it but the man was very sweet about it and fixed it and it was delicious. Keep up the good work! I will continue to come here everyday."
"Unlike most Duncan Donuts establishments, this one has indoor service until late into the night."
"I witnessed a new employee coming into the store asking the manager about her training schedule. She has texted and reached out several times. He accused her in front of all of the customers for being late almost two hours, which she asked for proof of her lateness and he had no answer or proof. Another customer gave another job suggestion and the employee gave her a hug. The trainee said she was called one morning and asked to come into the store, she was sick that day. She has been asking for her schedule to work. Not sure who owns this store but I think the store needs a new manager or the owner needs to pay attention to their business. The store should have a weekly schedule listing names, dates and times for the entire week. How do you expect a new employee to train and be successful if you don’t provide a weekly schedule. I was waiting for Tafner to walk into the store, but that’s bar rescue. I wish her luck and hope the owner makes some well needed changes. Provide the staff with a manger/trainer who provides leadership."
