I finally called Aaron's and they had the mattress cover I had before in stock. I was so pleased, I purchased 3. Finally have a mattress cover that protects from so many things and it is breathable. So happy with my choice to go pick them up. Thank you."

"I’ve done business with Aaron’s for years but I think things haven’t been up to par lately.. I ordered a recliner got a delivery date so I called just days before it was suppose to be delivered they had no record of my order.. So I went elsewhere & got a recliner.. My Tv payments are due on the 1st of every month yesterday which was the 30th they took a payment out of my account than I check my bank account this morning which is the 1st they took another payment out for October.. That is unacceptable.."

"-The place to go if you really need furniture, have only little cash and do not have a good credit rating. Might be better to do without since this renting a very costly way to furnish your home. If you need a bed you probably do not want to sleep on someone's used mattress. If renting insist on a new sleeping platform. If not available possibly one of the inexpensive foam mattresses available on the Web might do. My advice is to save for furniture and buy one thing at a time from a store that offers good prices when you have accumulated enough cash..Rent a TV? Why? Look at the inexpensive TV's at Best Buy. $100 will get you a satisfactory model."

"This was By Far the worst experience ever. I placed a order payed for it and it was supposed to be delivered between a certain time in which it wasn’t I called and spoke to a lady and got the smart remark “ Your Not our Only Customer” but still wasn’t able to give me any answers on when I would receive my washer and dryer I feel like my time and money wasn’t good enough for them they made me feel as if I was problem. I received a call from delivery at 5:28 saying they will be to me in 20 min I left work which was 11 min drive only to get home to a sorry we missed you tag. I will never shop here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either. I was then told I’m order for a refund I would have to come the following day when the manager was there for me to show up the same day and the manager was there ! Bad bad bad Business stay away I’d try Aaron’s in a different area if possible I also now have to get a uhual to pick up my washer and dryer because their driver messed up in which I feel Like it was intentional especially after seeing them Shorty after at the store while I was there never was offered to bring the item back today even though this was 2 hours before closing the only help was the manager their associates are HORRIBLE and Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Especially Kris and the What ever lady works there"

"I have been renting a combo washer/dryer stackable unit for about 8 months now. When the dryer went out last Friday, I called Aaron's and was told that someone from their Service Department would call me. When I had not heard anything by Tuesday, I called back. I spoke to Mark and was told that they would replace the entire unit rather than just fix the dryer due to space and time constraints. I explained to Mark that I was going out of town for a week on Sunday and wanted to get the dryer fixed before then so that my kids would not have to deal with it while I was away. Mark said his only opening was on a Friday between 3-7 so I agreed. I made arrangements to work from home that Friday. I called to confirm that there was still a delivery at 2:00 that afternoon (as I had not received any confirmation) and was told 'yes'. At 6:00, I called back as I needed to run to the drugstore. I was told the driver was still out and that if I left the house, they could not schedule another delivery until Oct 3! So my son made arrangements to leave work early so someone could be at the house. I called on my way home at 7:00 to check on the status and was on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up and called back and spoke to Jaime and told her to not put me on hold again! This time she said that they could not get in touch with the driver but that he was still out. I asked what time their store closed and she said 8 but that people would still be in the store. When I asked who I could talk to if I had to call back after 8:00, she said Janet. It is now 8:45 and I have called 3 times since after 8 and there is no answer in the store. I am beyond frustrated and cannot believe that Aaron's treats their customers in this manner. I am calling first thing tomorrow morning and demanding to speak to a manager and have the situation resolved. And then I will try to go to the store in person so I can look Jaime in the eye and find out why she lied to me...."
