"Great customer service and they always rectify incorrect orders. The lines move rather quickly"

"Ordered online 2 drinks and a avocado toast with tomato. Drink order was one medium and one small. I received two smalls. Brought it to the employee's attention and he changed it. However, the box with the toast was extremely dirty and opened. When I asked for another one, the employee grabbed some random gloves and put it in a new box without remaking the order. Ended up throwing it out because I was uncomfortable with the handling."

"Pretty good Dunkin'. Everyone inside seems nice and the place is clean with quick service. Be careful with your pick-up orders, though. Half the time I've been there they forget something and I have to ask for the rest of my order. They're always nice about it and fix the issue as soon as it's brought to their attention, but be sure to check your order before you go and tell them at the pick up counter right away if something is missing. Would be 5 stars if they didn't miss things so consistently."
