"My first and last time at this particular Starbucks. Long story short, there was more room left in my iced Shaken espresso than I'm used to from Starbucks in Westchester. When asked to top it off with a bit of iced coffee (normally not a issue for most local Starbucks). The barista wanted to charge me for it. My drink was incomplete and wasn't asking for a whole drink. I understand saving costs. But that was just unfriendly. Especially when she explained to me how my drink is made in a condescending manner. I attached a picture. I understand I sound pretentious. Just understand that there are worse customers out there and an inch of coffee shouldn't be an issue in exchange for customer satisfaction. If this is the service the managers train the staff on instead of drinks, then I don't think I'll be bringing my money here."
"Please train your staff on how to handle dairy allergies. I asked to order the pumpkin spice chai dairy free w oat milk, due to an allergy. They did use oat milk but put the cream on top anyway, and I later found out that the pumpkin spice syrup itself contains dairy! I called to let the staff know and they were pretty dismissive, and said “I don’t know whether the syrup has dairy to be honest, but I know the cream does for sure.” Not helpful to find this out once I wait in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and then get home. Your signage says to let staff know about allergies - once someone does, there should be a better way of handling (let someone know if the drink they are ordering literally cannot be made without dairy, note allergy on the drink ticket so the people making the drink pay special attention). At the very least when someone calls to let you know, offer them a free drink for the trouble."
"ordered here thru uber eats and specifically asked for no whip cream not only was it on the receipt but on the cup as well. I had to throw out my drink that cost me 8 dollars thanks."
"white skinny kid with the glasses and crusty curly hair has awful customer service. Told me that coming in the store to pick up my drinks made more sense, when after I got my drinks and going back into work, I could barely close my car door, how would I even be able to open my car with two trays and 5 to-go bags, but okay, that makes sense right. Don’t like the work, don’t work there, simple:)"
