"The bagels are just average; the customer service seems to worsen. In the past, when I asked for my bagels to be cut, they would inform me of a small extra charge, which was ok. However, this time, the staff was rude and completely ignored me when I made the same request. I received no response when I politely asked them to cut my bagels. After asking again, I noticed the staff was deliberately ignoring me. It was clear they didn't care about providing good service. If you're looking for a peaceful morning with a bagel, I recommend looking elsewhere. The staff's attitudes here are so unpleasant that they can easily ruin your mood and your morning. The experience is simply not worth the trouble."
