"Dunkin has become the assembly line of Coffee making. Too much sugared products and service sucks as well. I prefer Starbucks. But in a rush and you need a fast fix. They barely reach the finish line. Not a fan."

"Not only is this place filthy, the staff is violent and out of control. I saw the physically assault a young lady that was simply upset because they slammed her drink down. Reckless, nasty behavior was displayed! They need to fire everyone and start over"

"The team needs retraining. While the regular manager was out on vacation, the hooligans behind the counter assaulted a regular patron. These people that were hired by DD do not have appropriate training, they do not know how to speak to people with respect, they closed the mobile ordering and made people wait, but never announced that there would be a delay. This caused multiple people to be late to work and the fiasco even caused police presence to be needed. This situation is disgusting and unjust. Please hire better people to run your stores. I am forwarding all my concerns to the corporate office for further investigation and assistance."

"This location is extremely unsanitary. I used to come here almost every day and I’m disgusted I did. This place needs to be shut down they were closed for a week months ago for fumigation but clearly the infestation still exist and the employees do not properly clean the store. Hopefully the department of health shuts them down because many people are going to get sick! The way that I got a refund w no questions asked and was asked to delete the picture is enough proof that this happened before/often."

"There was an extremely nice woman with her hair in a braid and really pretty eyes. She was super nice and super quick. She was cleaning but stopped to take our order. She prepared our drinks quickly and was very friendly. They taste great!"
