"This is definitely the worst Starbucks out of all the locations in Westchester by far !!!! They always seem to mess up my order . I just ordered and iced soy chai and they made it hot . I told the manager I ordered it cold and instead of trying to fix the order he insisted I ordered it hot and it’s not the first time I complained to him from my order being wrong . I feel as a regular customer he should have just agreed and fixed it . Instead since I didn’t want to waste my energy and I was in a hurry I told him to just put it on ice . So he dumped half of it out to fill with ice !!! The manager here is the worst and the customer service is subpar at best !!!! Best Starbucks is in Scarsdale town, Iona , and N, Central Park Ave !!!!"

"I ordered blonde roast, but the clerk found it troublesome. She use pike place+ hot water to replace my Light roast coffee. I was really disappointed! ! ! ! ! I know that there are fewer people ordering lightly roasted coffee, and it may be troublesome to serve only one or two guests . But you offered this option, and I like lightly roasted coffee, so you should follow the rules instead of fooling customers."

"August 2022, Scarsdale, NY location. Before you walk into the store you could see that the windows looked like they were NEVER CLEANED. They were dirty and you could not see inside or outside clearly. MANAGEMENT PLEASE, have someone clean the store windows because it reflects poorly on your establishment."

"As I walked by the Starbucks in the Vernon Hills Shopping Center, I wondered if it was closed because of their tinted windows. Of course they were open but that feature makes it cozier for the customers who are sitting and working or schmoozing while they drink their coffee or nosh. While every Starbucks has certain similarities, this one is larger and offers their guests more room to relax. Even their sandwiches and salads are displayed in a classier display case!"
