"Over the last almost 7 years of being with this bank I have encounter many issues. If you live in the Statesville/Mooresville area this is probably a great bank, since all their branches and atms are there. Unfortunately with work, I had to move and there ate no blue harbor atms or banks around, it’s a 3 dollar fine each time to with draw money from any atm. Also, they are quick to decline mobile deposits for the smallest things. After many calls back and forth to try and get things figured, I was left with a basic “SOL”. Thankfully I’m opening an account with Wells Fargo who was my previous banker and they have WONDERFUL customer service and always go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied!"
