"I'm genuinely surprised by the bad reviews because I find their customer service to be excellent. It does look like those reviews are from years ago. I've been banking with First Citizens for years and had to call this branch to settle an issue I was having with an international wire transfer. The issue was my fault as I put in the wrong number for the wire. Keri went above and beyond to help me track the transfer and understand the issue. She was great and super helpful!"
