The only downside is what some others have mentioned - the mobile banking/online payment system is very outdated/clunky, however, working with Lisa, we were able to set up an auto-draft cadence that negated those issues. Specifically, the ability to deposit a check is maddening, and I have given them this feedback several times over the past 2 years. If it doesn’t change soon, I will be forced to find another bank for my business account."
