"The pharmacy picks up and hangs up phone- picks on places you on hold till it hangs up- lines are 45 min wait time to pick up meds to top it off the staff are RUDE!!! CLOSE WALGREENS DOWN!!! This has been going on for years now"

"I waited an hour and a half from 6:30 - 8:00pm for my legitimate doctor-prescribed medication, only to have it denied by the pharmacist because of a mismatch in an address in their computer system. There was no one else waiting for prescriptions, I was the only one. While I waited, one of the staff was trying very hard to be helpful, however the pharmacist was laughing, joking, and tossing prescriptions from his standing desk into a basket about 8 feet away like it was a basketball game. The staff were great. The pharmacist was very unprofessional and lacked the technology skills and intelligence to comprehend how a person could have 2 addresses. I don't recommend going to this location. It was a huge waste of time and energy."

"Just had my Covid vaccination and the pharmacy tech that gave me the shot (Marisa)was Awesome. She was super nice and was very Professional - I Barely felt it. Afterwards, it was nice that the manager, Crystal, came out to chat with me and ask how I was doing. I can tell she Definitely CARES about her employees and the customers. The store itself is one of the cleanest I’ve been in -and I’ve been to a lot of them all over the country. So an extra gold star ⭐️for all members of the staff for taking Pride in their work and their workplace. I must say it was Overall a great experience! -RDJ"
