"I was out on a service call and realized I didn't have a #12 torx bit. I stopped in this True Value and in passing told the employee that asked me if I needed help why I was there. Instead of having me buy a whole kit for that one bit, they let me borrow one. I was blown away. Unbelievable customer service. I intentionally bought one of those orange handled screwdrivers with all the different phillips and flat heads inside, on my way out just to support the store."
