"I called the CVS at Cary Parkway and Chapel Hill Road in Morrisville. Jennifer answered the phone and she was extremely helpful in helping me find the best price for a prescription. She was amazing! She was very helpful and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome of the phone call. I drove up to the drive through and she actually was working at the window. Glad we got to meet, so I could thank her again. She’s awesome!!"
"Pharmacists are excellent. Pharmacy staff are always friendly, respectful and helpful"
"The woman who attended the cash registers this morning was really rude in her expression when speaking. Because I tried to change a vitamin sealed in its box for something else and I didn't have a receipt because they didn't give it to me the day before. If there is no way to make changes without a receipt, it should be mandatory for them to GIVE THE RECEIPT. Bad customer service I will not come back here!"
"This pharmacy used to outstanding when alison Stephenson worked there. They had an amazing crew. But now it isn't that great I do not like using this particular cvs anymore. It takes entirely too long to get your prescription the staff doesnt not seem to have much knowledge in what they are doing and have trouble with simple tasks like getting the date of birth correct and I m always told it will be a rediculous wait time. I know that they are busy and it takes time but 30 to 45 plus minutes to fill a script when I'm waiting is a bit bad. They are clearly understaffed, and not trained or educated properly on entering data and the medicine they are handling on a daily basis. On the plus side there are a couple great techs that do work there that are very quick knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and they are David T., Amanda M, Donnie, and Glendra. But they don't seem to be there as much anymore. Now as far as the front store goes it never seems to be properly stocked like they arent getting enough inventory or provided adequate time to replenish products. The staff for the most part seems to be friendly and outstanding a few have been there for a while and are absolutely wonderful but again are understaffed. And the money order machine seems to always be broken. The restrooms I know were redone a few years ago but the mens room is a rusty dirty disaster and is usually pretty gross if I can avoid it I do you step in urine there is feces all over the toilet the rails and plumbing appear rusted and it's just bad. They need to staff properly and maybe do some more educating and training in the pharmacy and staff the store a little more and do something about the restroom as well as fix the money order issue or not offer it at all"
"No, you won’t get passport size pictures here. Camera is broken for more that 6 months. Photo center is only to take prints from your devices."
