"The staff at Option Care Health is top notch and super attentive. They return you phone calls ASAP and are always knowledgeable. Thank you very much for the high level of service you provide me."
"I have been with this company for over 3 yrs and have been having issues from the very start with being overcharged for my infusions and you can never speak with a representative in the US to get your issues resolved. I just got a bill on Saturday where I was overcharged $210 for two days of infusion that was received which is only $35.00 per day per infusion which was only suppose to be two charges of $35. I have been waiting 150 days for them to correct the over charge from February, but I haven't heard from anyone about that. This is beyond unacceptable!"
"Zosyn the Drug prescribed was administered by a “HomePump Elipse” infusion pump. The “HomePump Elipse” is a disposable portable infusion system manufactured by Avanos Medical Inc & does not meet the Medicare criteria of “equipment than can withstand repeated use” & is therefore “statutorily excluded” for coverage under Medicare. BEWARE ! After 3 months of fighting Option Care, I receive a Next Day Air letter from Tom Chien of Option Care with the above paragraph. Interesting since Option Care knew before I even was discharged that this was a non covered charge under Medicare — they never gave me other options that would be covered under Medicare. My United Health Care G Plan also refused payment since Medicare refused coverage."
"If I could leave no stars I would. I'm having a huge issue with this entrap feeding and TPN company... Someone called me yesterday and left a message stating they were going to send his refill.. nothing ever came but they usually come after 9PM (which is CRAZY to me) most of the time but we didn't receive a call. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for over 2 hours and they lady I spoke to talked with the pharmacist and said because I didn't "refill" they didn't send the delivery. Even though he has weekly refills written by his dr, even if I can't get to the phone they usually just send the TPN refill anyways. The voicemail also stated they were going to send the refill so I saw no point in calling them back since it's impossible to get them on the phone anyways. Last week I also had an issue with them thinking he had "an extra bag of TPN" and I had to let them know no, he needs TPN for tonight so thankfully I was able to correct this mistake right away.. I am very upset with this company at this point, this company has been straight trash ever since we were assigned to them.. not to mention we were never sent formula as well and I have been trying to refill for almost 2 MONTHS. I have been buying my own syringes and using what we have that is not expired. I am just so fed up with this company. They will not send "emergency supplies", I have to call back in the morning. What a joke."
"My daughter has had a feeding for 4 years now and the last 2 or 3 years this company has let us down. I've had to deal with rude representatives and not getting the supplies I need because they weren't updating things like they should. No caregiver or special needs parent should have to jump through loops or deal with rudeness to get the supplies they need for their loved one. My daughter has had several changes with formula and tube changes recently and when I call to get certain supplies I'm told they'll have to get someone to change things in their system or send an order out and when I call back to check on the order nothing was changed and the representative make assumptions that I'm over feeding my child, or that we have already made an order and gotten supplies when we haven't. I've tried to hang in there an give them the benefit of the doubt but as soon as I can I'll be looking into getting a new company for my child."
