"My prescription was to be ready at 10am but, by 10:30 it was marked delayed. It was still delayed at 3pm in the afternoon. I had to rush it as I was going out of town and just was prescribed the meds that morning. Would think they need to hire more people. I finally picked it up after 4pm. Store was clean and I picked up other items that were in stock. Cashier was pleasant."

"Parul consistently delivers excellent quality service. At the drive thru at 2103 T.W. Alexander, she is always pleasant and courteous. CVS should use her commitment to service as an example for other employees to follow."

"Honestly don't have anything good to say about this place, they were rather short with me trying to fill my medicine 5 minutes before they closed... Which is understandably frustrating, but also their job. I had doctor send in script early for a reason and they refused to fill it. I understood the call but they didn't try to understand or help at all. Just another sleepless night oh well. They really seem to be pushing their brand of meds and pharmaceuticals, not exactly happy with their quality in service or product. I don't think I've ever left the one star review before but I think CVS needs to step up their game and specifically the store needs to evaluate their staff and customer interaction. Don't think I'll be back soon.. Even if I have to drive a few more miles."
