"I like my roast beef shaved real thin. I went inside to order asked if they wouldn't mind shaving the beef thin. They said it is only shaved one way. Which is not Truthful. I will have to travel to Batavia to avoid Lazyness."
"Their drive thru service has been down for 4 or 5 months. I don't know if they fixed that. I'm handicapped, so that means instead of a simple drive through is not possible, and you have to go into the store. I'll go back next summer may they'll have that fixed."

"I can't really talk about the atmosphere or inside the store because we went through the drive-thru. But the best recommendation I get is to get the buffalo wing sliders. They are fantastic. Definitely my favorite food when I go to an Arby's."
