Wendy's,

"I ordered through the door dash storefront app and it stole my money or other parties might have been responsible that are at the restaurant. I can't prove who took my money . But the employees there said my order never went through but it did. I went to the Wendy's on chili ave to reorder the same food in person."

"Went thru the drive thru. One person ahead of me. Drive thru attendant (who seemed like maybe the manager) wad unpleasant and short. he had me pull up to the corner wait for one sandwich and one side. Food took over 10 minutes and was delivered by employee out of uniform. To top it off, my honey butter chicken biscuit came on a roll, not a biscuit. All the hallmarks of bad management ."

"I'm not mad at the employees, I'm mad at Wendy's. Each review is consistent with the same issues. Why has no one from Wendy's upper management addressed this? Employees yelling and screaming behind the counter. I have witnessed not 1 but 2 fights between employees at this location. Food is hit or miss. Don't bother trying to get food during peak hours. Food is painfully slow during non-peak. This entire store needs to be reworked and retrained. I used to be a DM for another F&B company and if this store was in my district and was allowed to go this long without addressing it. I would have lost my job. It's sad, since this location only really has Burger King for competition on Buffalo Road, and it falls flat on it's face. I honestly think that because they are the only fast food location here (other than BK) that people will reluctantly still eat here."

"I go to this location due to its convenance but the last few times I’ve ordered food. Service was slow just to get the food, the attitudes of the cashier were non inviting, you have staff that cared more about their phones than the customer, and request for food being hot were TERRIBLE. It doesn’t make sense to pay for food at raised prices that’s barely warm and OVER SALTED. Management should hire employees who have better values in customer service."

"Tried to dine in but the dining room was closed at 8 despite signs saying it was open until 10. Had boo book coupons to use, and that was the first thing I said at the drive thru. The coupons were not used but they were taken from me with my payment in full of everything. Of the 3 meals I ordered 2 were completely screwed up. And when I tried to call upon discovery of the mistakes the phone just rang 20 times and then hung up. Same results repeatedly as I tried over and over to call."
