Walmart Pharmacy 3850 East Independence Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28205

"I came by Walmart Pharmacy on Oct 31. It was almost closing time. I was not expecting what happened. I thought I'd get push back in getting my prescriptions filled. A very nice young man named Kevin came to the window. When I told him I needed a refill, he said, would you like it today. I almost passed out. I had 2 prescriptions and said if you can fill one, I could pick the other one up tomorrow. He said....of course. No one in 2023 gives this kind of service. Low and behold, the prescription I needed most had no refills left.... he said..... I've already sent a note to your doctors office requesting it for you. In 2023, you are usually made to feel not only have you wasted that person's time, but now it's your problem. I want to say thank you Kevin!!!! Thank you for being so nice, pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for being a blessing in a time where no one is there to help you. You will keep people returning to this Pharmacy. There are pharmacies everywhere.... this one is a bit out of my way, but it's people behind this counter that keep me driving farther even when gas prices are up. I hope your boss and upper management recognize the jewel that they have. Have a wonderful day."

"Your new pharmacy staff is awesome. The ones you had before these seemed to not want to be there or help the customers. The people you have in there now are the complete opposite. If I have a problem they are more than happy to do whatever they need to do to help me work things out or at least tell me what is going on. It now a pleasure to go to this pharmacy. "I desperately need to leave a review today. I was stuck in traffic and I called the pharmacy to check on my prescription. Something was wrong with the insurance instead of just struggling me off and saying there's nothing we can do. The woman on the phone went the extra mile and looked further into my situation. After that, a young man got on the line and took care of it and even offered to stay back an extra 10 minutes to give me enough time to get there to pick up my son's prescription. They deserve 10 stars in my book"

"Ms Lanisha was so sweet to me on the phone making sure I understood the information on the Walmart app as well as explained to me that my prescriptions are refillable online and ready. All the pharmacy technicians are so kind and make sure you understand what you are taking and encourage asking questions for clarity. They make you feel comfortable with not only Walmart but the department all together. They make you feel like more than an order number but a person. Again thank you Ms. Lanisha"

"I love Walmart and I love Walmart Pharmacies ability to provide extremely reasonable prices to citizens. Having said that, this Pharmacy has to get rid of those middle-aged Church women. Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking church but I'm speaking in code, pertaining to the demographic.The manager has every good intention to make this Pharmacy run like a well-oiled machine. That is going to be next to Impossible with the same lethargic, complacent and ridiculously overly conversational type of employee."
