"I have never worked with a more negligent business. My cat has hyperthyroidism and my vet sent her prescription here to be compounded. I have filled 2 prescriptions here and have been waiting for my 3rd refill for over a month even though I’ve already paid for it. I have had issues with every prescription I have filled here. They don’t answer their phone, they don’t answer their emails, and they don’t seem concerned their patients’ wellbeing. I have to get my vet to call them if I want any traction to be made on getting my prescription refilled and it’s honestly ridiculous."
"The people who work here are PHENOMENAL. I had a slight emergency where I needed a compounded prescription the same day (it usually takes up to 72 hours). They made it happen and I never felt like I was an inconvenience. The workers seem very very busy, but it never reflects negatively on their customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend Stanley Pharmacy!"
"The young lady by the name of Kendra on the answering the phone on monday morning @ 10:30 am 11/20/23is very unkind. She is clearly not happy today. I am calling from a doctors office and I am shocked at the customer service I am so blown away at the level of service this young woman is providing. Than Placing me on hold for 30min because I am asking for help. We need to be kind! Where is the kindness?????"
"My veterinarian sent a prescription for my to Stanley Specialty Pharmacy on a Saturday morning. Monday morning a Stalney's employee called to say the medicine would be ready by 1p on Tuesday. I drove 40 minutes to pick up the medicine on Tuesday and waited in line behind a woman who's medicine was not ready (employees were flustered and took 10+ minutes trying to track down her order, find out what happened, and then arrange shipping to her house). When I got up to the counter... surprise, surprise, my dog's medicine was not ready. I was basically given the same treatment as the customer in front of me and agreed to have the medicine shipped overnight, even though this would mean another night of my dog feeling unwell. I paid for the medicine in the pharmacy, however after I left and drove 40min home, I got an automated text message asking me to pay. I called the pharmacy and told them about the text message, and wanted to verify that they had my payment on file and the medicine was scheduled to ship out by 4:30p that day. I was assured that yes they had my payment, and yes it was scheduled to ship out in a few hours. This morning I got another text message asking me to pay, I called again and this time they said they had my payment but no the medicine hadn't shipped out yesterday. The girl on the phone was argumentative and basically acted like she was doing me a favor by arranging for the medicine to ship out tonight. She had no explanation as to why it didn't ship out yesterday other than "there are no notes on your account". The medicine will arrive to my house roughly 43h after I originally expected to have it, so my dog has felt unwell for an additional 2 days (if it actually arrives tomorrow, and I'm not at all optimistic that it will). Based on this experience (and the fact that they also didn't have medicine ready for the customer in front of me, which tells me this is not an uncommon experience), I will not return. If there is any urgency to your prescription, and if you prefer to interact with organized and courteous staff members, I would suggest finding a different pharmacy."
"I use to love Stanley pharmacy! You could call them and speak to someone. Recently, no one answers the phone after 10+ minutes of holding for the past few months. Makes it hard for providers and customers to interact with the pharmacy. Wish they would fix this so I could continue to use them. I will have to search for another compounding pharmacy."
