"Stopped in here service was incredibly slow. So sad to see this place go downhill since the remodel. We opted to go inside to order because the drive-thru line was about 15 cars long. Which was no wonder the line was so long considering how incredibly slow this place is. While waiting inside there were teenagers fooling around in the bathrooms preventing other patrons from actually using them. Staff wasn't doing anything. While waiting multiple people came inside to complain that their orders were wrong and one woman was actually served meat when she specifically stated she was a vegetarian. I had my 18-month-old daughter with me and waited over 25 minutes for my order... I finally had to speak up and ask them what time we could expect our food to be done because I may need to leave."

The service, while slow, was excellent. When trying to find a problem, the closest I came was the awkwardness during the payment step... It was a bit out of order, but likely due to a fresh crew in a new store."
