"This pharmacy is a joke. Didn't have an antibiotic I needed in stock, so as opposed to calling my doctor immediately or doing anything they lied to my husband and told them they didn't receive the prescription at all. Just noted the other prescription I have in the system. Completely unprofessional and shady."

"Poor customer service; treated as if you were an employee instead of a customer. No carriages available sometimes and when asked for one they just shrug their shoulders and walk away. Lottery machines not working or out of tickets a good majority of the time. This is just some of the problems with this location. Been to other Harris Teeter store locations and they were great...night and day difference from this store....its disappointing."

"Didn’t know how to enter my express scripts card on day one. Tried again the following day and was told oh actually that isn’t the problem but if you want to use the card now we have to restart the process entirely so it will be another week. Basically something that should have been free cost me $40 because of their inability to use their own system correctly. Go to cvs or Walgreens instead."

"If I could give no stars I would. Staff was confused about me transferring a prescription for my pet. I had to have my vet call in the prescription and then 4 hours later it still wasn’t filled or even in the system because “they hadn’t checked their voicemail all day”. Finally the prescription is filled the next day and they refused to reply my goodrx code because it was “from a dog doctor not a people doctor” even though I got the code through my vet and have used good rx for both my pets there and elsewhere. Absolutely rude and unhelpful."

"I love this Harris Teeter location and decided to try the pharmacy today. While the people were friendly, I didn't have the best experience. I dropped off my prescription and was told there'd be a 15 minute wait. I ran errands and came back hours later...only to be told there would be a 15 minute wait AGAIN. You never know how much pain a customer is in so please, have prescriptions ready at the promised time."
