"I tried to get my COVID booster here as I had a family member who received their booster at this pharmacy a week or so before as a walk-in with no problem. This location has several signs in the pharmacy area that say "Walk-Ins Welcome/No Appointment Necessary" for vaccinations. I waited 10-15 minutes in line to get to the front only to have the staff tell me that they would not give me a booster because I had to make an appointment. I pointed to the signs and all they did was shrug and say it was not true. If this were truly the case, take the signs down as this is a false advertisement. Don't bother wasting your time trying to get a vaccination here as the staff are unnecessarily rude, lazy, and incompetent."

"My doctor sent in refills 3 days ago and they haven’t been filled yet. I called and couldn’t get nobody on the phone. I was able to reach store customer service and they told me there doing Covid vaccine all day and there’s only one person there. Not having people to fill prescriptions is not my problem."
