"The pharmacist Sydney was extremely rude and unprofessional. I arrived on a Sunday morning and asked if I could have a prescription transferred for my sick child. She had a very nasty attitude and told me that I would have to wait until tomorrow because she had other people to help. I informed her that the medication would help my child and I needed to pick it up the same day and that I didn’t mind waiting. She then rolled her eyes and said I’ll get to it when I have time. I was patient. I waited in line and I couldn’t understand how she could be so heartless I will never go back to Harris Teeter again. She definitely should not be a pharmacist, let alone working with people. Sydney does not deserve that position and should not treat people anyway, I don’t think there’s any type of training that can make someone be a kind and compassionate person because she was none of that to me and my sick child. Harris Teeter. You have lost a valued customer because of Sydney."

"This store allows people without masks. Yep, even in the pharmacy area. The fact that no one called security when I asked shows they value grocery money over vulnerable customers who NEED their meds. I felt saddened that a corporation would put my health at risk and not help me when I was being harrassed by 4 customers."

"I like their selection of alcohols but this store chain in general isn't my thing. It's really pricey for no reason. I had 5 apples and they were $17.00. Why? Just why? Anyways left and went to Trader Joe's and food lion."
