"I love the loft. Been a supporter for many many years. They take a lot of my money. Today I was in need of an outfit last minute and couldn’t shop online even though the online sales were better than in-store today specifically. I got the vibe that they thought I wasn’t gonna spend money so they weren’t going to bother offering me assistance and that was disappointing because there are my go to place and I needed an outfit! I was so put off that I actually put down the clothes I was going to buy and walked out because I didn’t want to give them my money! Not one person working there offered me the help I needed"
