"Conveniently located when I'm traveling, which is always nice. When purchasing from the drive-thru, my order is seldom prepared wrong, so I always get what I pay for it, and the staff is always kind and courteous, which is a huge bonus on an early day or a late night. I always enjoy seeing them smile. Fast food service isn't an easy job, so I'm glad to know that appreciate my business just as much as I appreciate their service."

"I ordered around $25 worth of food today from McDonalds Bradford through Door Dash and when my order arrived it had the correct receipt order on the bag but the contents were another story. I'll break it down. I ordered two combo meals. One was a Large Hot and Spicy McChicken with a Coke and the other was a Large Big Mac meal with a Dr. Pepper. Here's what I got and the bag was still Door Dash sealed (Not Tampered With). It showed up with a Large Dr. Pepper and a Large Sprite. One Hot and Spicy McChicken with NO Large Fries. My Big Mac was in the bag but only half of a container of Large fries. I contacted McDonalds and talked to Manager on Duty James and he was wonderful in helping me in this situation. I am really grateful for his help in resolving this as this was my dinner for the night. He re-ran the order and got me all my correct stuff however I had to drive down and pick it up which at this point was fine. I was also informed to make a report with Door Dash and they informed me that they have been getting a lot of complaints from this establishment for wrong orders and things missing. Then to top it all off I asked if I could get a drink carrier for my drinks and the girl told me they were all out. James came up and said "Would you like a drink carrier sir", and I said yes please and he brought me up one. I was not impressed with a handful of the people that were working tonight except for James as they all seemed to have attitudes. I'd like to know who the owner is. I understand that it's privately owned but they're carrying a corporate name which has requirements. I think the corporate office would disgusted at these reviews."

"Used to enjoy going to this McDonald’s after and before work. I don’t anymore tho because the staff occasionally is rude and the food is always cold and seem like it’s been sitting for hours. Oh and they can’t get your order right half the time either. I won’t be going back to this place unless serious changes happen. I hope others read this and think twice about going."

"This location keeps getting worse each time I go there. I hoped the food quality would get better with the new owner but it's so much worse now. They have difficulty with a simple order. Example: if you order no ketchup they give you extra ketchup. This has happened numerous times. Also incomplete orders."

"Got to McDonald’s at 8:58, placed our order and waited 23 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches and two medium fountain drinks. 9 cars went through the drive thru during that time. The only person ahead of us was a DoorDash order and he left by the time we paid for our kiosk order. The kiosk never printed out a receipt so we didn’t even know what our order number was. We watched the employees clear several orders off of their screen to meet drive thru times and then couldn’t remember what was on the screen or which cars they went to when they made drive thru customers move into parking spots to continue waiting for their orders. The employees came around the counter to take food out to vehicles and never acknowledged any one standing in the front of house (three orders deep at this point). We actually ordered our food for dine in, but they packed it to go. We decided to eat in the car when we saw how filthy the dining area was. My bagel breakfast sandwiches didn’t have the hollandaise sauce that’s supposed to come on it. Barely 9:30 and the soda machine and area was covered in dried soda syrup, the floors by the register haven’t been cleaned. Just disgusting."
