"Reduced to 3 stars. Had a horrible experience in automotive On 10/14/23. I sat for 2 hours waiting on the text saying we were ready. Apparently the man who checked us in didn't set the text alert. He also didn't add the extra tire I requested to the work order. It's a good thing I'm not hot headed! I do have to say that the second gentleman to help me was on top of his game. I appreciated that."
