"I know this isn’t Docs Pharmacy direct testing but I do think who you do business with is a reflection of you. The Covid-19 testing they do there through Andor Labs is horrible. Their rude, unorganized and I’m not sure if their even legit seeing that I’ve been waiting over a week for a PCR test that should’ve only took 2-3 days. This not only affects peoples livelihoods and their families but some of us need this for work to show why we couldn’t be there."
"All I know is I sent my kids and husband up here to get a Covid test and have not heard anything back. I called this morning and who every answered the phone was nervous and seem to not know what is going on with the Covid test and gave me a number 919 area code for Rebecca at Andor labs. No one answers only voicemail comes on. I will be calling Action 9 to have this pharmacy investigated for fraudulent Covid activity. This is a inconvenience when you have people needing a Covid test to return to work or school. This pharmacy should not be allowed to be testing anyone. Look at the reviews no one receives their Covid results. I will email action 9 to come investigate this pharmacy and Andor labs in Mooresville, because they reviews are also bad and no one is answering their phone also. I’m sure both places are getting paid from doing Covid test and running labs, but people are not getting there results. Stay tuned because they will have to provide answers to the public about doing phony Covid test!"
"Unorganized unprofessional unbelievable. Went two days to get tested for work, first day around 1pm; 3pm I get told to come back tmm. Second day I get there at 8:30am; 9:15 the line of ppl are told try again tmm."
"Went for a PCR test so I could travel to Canada. Must have test results within 72 hours of entry so I went on Wednesday for Saturday travel. Was told that I would have no problem getting the results on time. It’s almost a week later and I still haven’t gotten results. I had to pay $190 for a rapid PCR the morning of my flight and barely made the deadline. When you call Docs, they give you a phone number for the “lab”. No one answers the phone and the voicemail is full. Pretty scary to think of all the people who are waiting on test results and unknowingly spreading COVID."
"Called and was told I could get a rapid. Arrived and was told I could not get a rapid because I did not have symptoms. Lady that provided the testing was extremely rude and kept telling my 12 year old "stop doing that". For someone in the medical industry, they need to be more sympathetic. Especially with children. To make matters worse, we were told it would take 2 to 3 business days to get results. We tested on Tuesday around 3pm and as of today have yet to receive results. I called the pharmacy and was given the number to a lab that has still not returned my calls. Horrible service overall."
