"Had the oil and filter changed in my truck and multi-point inspection done. Mike B was working alone and did it within 20-30 minutes at 5pm. Very courteous and quick. I checked the level and it was correct 2 days later and I will check the filter to be new. Asked him about the filter media used (synthetic not cellulose) and other details and had quick answers. Tire pressure numbers were not accurate on my report (I set them at 36F / 42R) and report said 32/32. Local shop so you are supporting local business. Same price as dealer with the coupon. Easy drive up to use (no scheduling and extra selling stuff like the dealer). Need to be accurate on the inspections and show people their replaced old filter maybe to build trust. I'm gonna have to crawl under and check mine. I'll be back if everything is OK."

"I specifically stated that the front end needed to be greased. Service was done in about 15 minutes. I said to the clerk: "Wow that was fast. Did they grease it?" He said that the pit makes it go very fast. Got home and checked. NOTHING WAS GREASED! Mechanics notes listed: LUBRICATE CHASSIS- Sealed. Obviously too lazy to perform this service. Never will go back"
