"I only share positive experiences, Harris Teeter included. I am new to this area of Charlotte, so this was my first time to this location. The pharmacy tech remembered me well enough to locate me in the store when my order was ready. That was impressive. I'm sure he sees many faces a day."

"The staff is hardworking and all ways on time with my prescription orders with respect even as bust they are. Their always a small and knowledgeable with my questions due the medication."

"Save yourself the stress and don't use this pharmacy. Shelly is rude and will refuse to do her job. She will say she "can't" when she means "I don't want to". She has new techs every time I go there, her turnover rate is crazy high. I don't blame them, I would quit on Shelly too. If she's mean to customers, I can't imagine how awful it is working for her. I called every day for a week to find out which prescription they had ready for me and they never answered the phone once. I don't ask for much, the bare minimum really, And you won't get that here."

"Shelly didn't want to help me transfer my prescription because I could get it over the counter. My doctor prescribed it to me and I was listening to my doctor. After I said that, she repeated that it is over the counter. When I called back to make the complaint she said she was telling me to help me. Again, for whatever reason my doctor wanted me to have the prescription. She is rude, short and snaps at you. I love my Harris Teeter pharmacy, but will not be back to this one as long as the first point of contact is going to bark at me and argue with me about my prescription. Put on hold to make a complaint and was disconnected."

"UPDATE: There are a few new staff and building a rapport with the staff is important. I noticed since I did have to get a little bit firm with one of the techs, she is actually awesome now. Kelly, the pharmacy manager/pharmacist is absolutely completely awesome. So my review has gone up for them and I would say that if you do experience any rudeness make sure you either let them know or you use a firm tone so they learn to respect you. It’s too bad we have to do that but we’re all human. We are here to teach others things and other people to teach us things so we need to teach them about Customer Service no matter where you are or what service you’re getting because it damn sure isn’t like it used to be."
