"Been trying to reach corporate! The one associate Salena is beyond rude!!! She was very nasty to my father who has eye issues and onset dementia. That’s beyond uncalled for. Did not assist him and complained the whole time he was trying to find his coupons and money. Second the store is a dump. Always dirty and smells of pot. The store is not handicapped friendly at all!! Huge safety issue."

"I don't know who is in charge of the signage but literally every single time I come here, nothing rings up correctly. The sign will say one price and the item will always ring up more. Whether it's only a few cents or 50 cents, it's annoying!!! Stuff is expensive enough without having to get overcharged every time I shop here. There's not too many options in LeRoy, other wise I wouldn't go there."

"The place is a disaster right now. Half inventory is on carts in aisles. Most of the shelves are blocked. Someone gonna get hurt in there. Embarrassing."

"You can never get through the isles with their own freaking carts... you want to look at items on the shelf and half of the isles have their stocking carts lined up covering their items. Ended up stuck between freight and grabbed my child and left the cart with my items. It's always a total mess.. not going back. I'd rather go to tops and spend double....."
